Zhaodong
Zhaodong is a Chinese city of more than 100,000 inhabitants. It is located in Suihua, Heilongjiang. It should not be confused with the town of Zhaotong, located in Yunnan.

Suifenhe City
Suifenhe City or Sui-fen-ho City (Chinese: 绥芬河市, pinyin Suifēnhé Shì, is a city in Mudanjiang prefecture, Heilongjiang, China situated where the former Chinese Eastern Railway crosses the Russian border. It shares the name of the Suifenhe River.
The Environmental Investigation Agency conducted an investigation in February 2008, in the illegal logging of Russian wood, which was taking place in Suifenhe. The main supplier of the wood,Wal-Mart, has recently acknowledged that the practice in Suifenhe is illegal, under Russian law, and has committed to end all illegal sales of wood in six years.

Shuangyashan is the end of the Haerbin to Shuangyashan railway spur link. 15 hours from Haerbin by train, and 90 minutes from the next large Provincial town Jiamusi. A modern freeway connects the town to Jiamusi over a distance of 57km. There is a modern coach service as well which does this trip in approximately 45 minutes.

Shuangyashan is surrounded by small mountains, and a large park based around one of these mountains forms a major feature of the outdoor life of the town. During the winter, this pine- and elm-covered mountain forms a lovely area for hiking and general snow play. In summer, the cool Heilongjiang summer, and the very long northern days make this a wonderful area to spend the days.

Shangzhi is a county-level city located in the southeast of Heilongjiang province,China. It is 127 kilometres away from the provincial capital Harbin and has an area of approximately 9,000 square kilometres. The town has a population of around 120,000 and the whole county has approximately 600,000 inhabitants.

Acheng is a major industrial area for Heilongjiang, with over 300 types of enterprises, including textile, electromechanics, food, building materials , metallurgy, breweries fueled by the local grain, sugar refineries, a flax plant, and the production of medicine. Tourism is also a growing part of the local economy. Acheng is located on the popular tourist route serving Harbin, the , Lake Jingpo, and Xingkai Lake. A number of historic and nature reserves in the area also attract visitors.
